I'm a product and design executive with over two decades of experience shaping product strategy through design — spanning UX, UI, design strategy, brand and marketing design, and design team development. I currently serve as VP of Design at Candex, a fintech platform enabling enterprises to engage, track, and pay their partners for goods and services, where I've led both product and design functions at the executive level.

Prior to Candex, I was a founding team member at Jiff, a healthcare benefits platform, where I helped set product and design direction from day one, built an agile design team from the ground up, and cultivated a design culture deeply woven into the fabric of the organization.
